and undertake to pay regular contributions in accordance with the current contribution regulations. I accept the statutes and regulations of syndicom as well as any contribution adjustments that are decided by the congress in accordance with Art. 28 of the statutes. When I register for a service from an external partner, I authorise syndicom to exchange my data with the external partner for the purpose of clarifying my discount entitlement. I confirm that leaving syndicom is only possible at the end of a month and by giving 6 months’ notice. The personally signed notice of leaving must be sent to the Central Secretariat by registered letter.
